The Little Bohemian is committed to being accessible to all guests. We offer dedicated ADA parking, two ADA-accessible guest rooms, and accessible routes to all common facilities, including the pool, courtyard, and other shared spaces.

The Little Bohemian is a 21+ adults-only boutique hotel designed as a quiet retreat.

Due to the seasonal nature of the area, The Little Bohemian requires a 14-day cancellation period.

Check-in is at 3pm, Check-out is at 11am. Late check-out is sometimes possible — just ask, we’re not monsters.

A continental breakfast is available in our Lounge typically from 8am-11am. Help yourself to a selection of coffee or tea. The water tap is filtered and the coffee maker has hot water.

We do not offer made to order food service. However, our Lounge also has a selection of locally curated prepared meals and snacks, and our Pool Deck has an honor bar for your enjoyment.

Each guest rooms is outfitted with individual temperature controlled Heating and Cooling.

Turndown service takes place every 2 days. Need a refresh on towels? Just let us know.

High-speed internet is available throughout the property. Guest rooms do not contain in-room phones. However, cell service is generally favorable in Occidental.

On-site parking is available at the rear of the Property, including 2 EV spaces. ADA Parking is available at the front of the Property adjacent to our Lounge.

Dog friendly rooms are limited and must be arranged in advance.

We maintain quiet hours from 9:30pm – 8am. The courtyard carries sound further than you’d think. Noisy neighbors? Call our number below.

We are a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Property. Cleaning fees will apply for violations.

Our guest rooms include complimentary toiletries curated from local purveyors for your use.
